Registration is Closed for Food Vendor/FoodTruck Vendor
Register now to be a vendor for the Festival. Last year the Festival attracted 33,700 visitors, and they were hungry and thirsty.
This year the food vendors will be coordinated through Alpine Foods. Please contact Ben at 954-494-8610
if you are interested in being a food vendor for the event. He will explain necessary permits and the process and register you as a vendor. We do not want to have too much duplication of food available, so vendors will be on a first come first serve basis.
Below are some general guidelines for the food vendors for the 2018 Wilton Manors Stonewall Pride Festival.
The food/ beverage vendors will all be properly licensed and will carry all applicable food and safety licenses and insurance that are required by the state and county. The City of Wilton Manors and WMEG is requiring each food truck or food vendor concession to provide $1,000,000 Limit of Liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Wilton Manors Enterainment Group Inc, 2435 N Dixie Hwy Wilton Manors, FL 33305, as an Additional Insured.
All Food Trucks/Food/ Beverage Vendors must pass a pre-inspection conducted by the City. No refunds are given due to the failure of the vendor to pass inspection or get permits. This is a rain or shine event and no refunds are given due to acts of god or weather. It is understood that WMPD, authorized food inspectors, Fort Lauderdale Fire Department, Wilton Manors Community Development Department, and WMEG have final authority on permitting an allowance of food, soda, and liquor sales due to health, safety, and legal concerns.
Alcohol sales are strictly forbidden.
